We ship within the United States. Standard shipping is $5.95 for eligible orders below $20, and free when your merchandise subtotal reaches $20 after discounts and before taxes.

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Standard delivery is estimated at approximately 1 week after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Use the Track Order page with your order number and checkout email address, or sign in to My Account. Carrier tracking is provided when available.

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened and sealed in their original packaging. Opened supplements and used personal-care items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Read the return policy for exceptions and instructions.

The customer pays return shipping for a change-of-mind return. ShawnShield covers necessary return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items.

Contact us before dispatch. If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, we refund the order to its original payment method. After dispatch, eligible items follow the return process.

We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days after receiving and approving a return. Your payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
