Refund & Returns Policy
A clear return process for eligible ShawnShield orders.

Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, unopened and sealed, with the original packaging and proof of purchase. Contact us before returning an item to receive instructions and the appropriate return address. The business address should not be used for returns without authorization.
Return Window
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Once authorized, send the item back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened supplements, used personal-care items, broken hygiene seals and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not limit remedies for items that arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help our review. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, we will arrange a suitable refund or replacement and cover necessary return shipping.
Refund Process
When the authorized return arrives, we inspect it and email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns; if an entire order was incorrectly fulfilled or damaged, applicable original shipping charges are refunded.
Refund Processing Time
We initiate approved refunds within 5 business days after receiving and approving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds. If the refund has not appeared after your provider’s processing period, contact us.
Exchanges
For a different product, return an eligible item through this policy and place a new order. Availability and pricing for the new order are determined when it is placed. For damaged or incorrect items, contact support to discuss a replacement.
Return Shipping
Customers pay return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns. Use a service with tracking and retain your receipt. ShawnShield covers necessary return shipping for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Cancellation
Request cancellation before the order is dispatched. If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, we refund the order to its original payment method. Once dispatched, an order must follow the return process if eligible.
